Jaxx Pharmacy is an independent, family-owned pharmacy located at 6055 Saint Augustine Rd off University Blvd near Phillips Highway in Jacksonville. Our mission is to improve the health and well being of the community by providing a range of professional pharmacy services. We create and implement unique programs designed to meet their individual needs. We want to learn, grow and prosper while contributing to our community.

Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00pm
